A Gasport man was charged with felony DWI after driving into a house on the 3200 block of Lockport Olcott Road in Newfane Tuesday night.
Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said no injuries were reported but the crash did cause structural damage to the home. There was no estimate of damage to the home.
Christopher R. Fredrick, 40, of Gasport, was charged with DWI with a previous conviction, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several vehicle and traffic violations.
Fredrick was taken to the Niagara County jail to await arraignment.
