With early voting for the primary election set to start on Saturday, Niagara County Board of Elections officials are reminding residents that Saturday, June 13, is the deadline to register to vote in the primaries.
The Board of Elections at 111 Main St., Suite 100, Lockport, will be open extended hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., this Saturday to allow residents to register to vote.
Normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Voter registration forms are available on the Board of Elections website (elections.niagara.ny.us), at all post offices, most banks, public libraries, town and city halls or at the Board of Elections at 111 Main St., Suite 100. Anyone who has moved since voting last must re-register to be eligible.
Voters can also go to any early voting site to register on Saturday only, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Early Voting sites:
• Niagara Falls Train Station, 825 Depot Ave. W., Niagara Falls
• Cornell Cooperative Extension at the Niagara County fairgrounds at 4487 Lake Ave., Lockport
• Wheatfield Community Center, 2790 Church Road
• Newfane Community Center, 2737 Main St.
• Wendelville Fire Co., 7340 Campbell Blvd., North Tonawanda
All eligible voters — Democratic, Republicans in Hartland and Lewiston, Conservative in Lewiston and Wilson, and Working Families voters in the 13th Legislative District may vote at any of the early voting sites.
All sites are accessible to voters with physical disabilities.
On primary day, all voters must go to their regular poll site to cast a ballot.

• Saturday — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Monday — Noon to 8 p.m.
• June 16 — Noon to 8 p.m.
• June 17 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• June 18 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• June 19 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• June 20 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• June 21 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Residents that will be out of the county on election day may apply for an absentee or early mail ballot by calling 716-438-4042 or 716-438-4049.

• Monday — 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• June 16 — 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• June 20 — 9 a.m. to noon
