Cumberland County 4-H members participated in a community service project by decorating downtown Greenup planters in preparation for the Greenup Apple Festival Oct. 9-12.
The items used in the planters came from donations provided by the community. The mums were grown by the Cumberland FFA at the Cumberland High School in Toledo.
