Art Guild member and artist, Cris Anderson will teach the November Smorgasbord Class at the Plateau Creative Arts Center. Anderson will be demonstrating a variety of techniques using alcohol ink. Students will have the opportunity to explore those techniques on different surfaces.
In this Smorgasbord class, participants will enhance their creativity as they discover the beautiful effects of colorful inks. They will learn how colors react, blend and invade other colors to create accidental masterpieces. Anderson will guide students through the planning stages, choosing the tools needed and constructing the finished project.
All supplies needed are included in the class fee of $25 for Art Guild members and $30 for guests to make a completed project. Pre-registration is required.
Anderson’s class will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Plateau Creative Arts Center located at 451 Lakeview Dr., Fairfield Glade. Register at the Arts Center or call 931-707-7249. Come and bring a friend to register for this fun class, then go out to lunch and show off your finished artwork!
