KINGSTON — The Kingston Children’s Center is hosting the South Shore Outboard Association’s year-end races on Greenwood Pond (behind the Children’s Center) at 12 Church St., from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 21 and 22.
The race has been renamed this year in honor of Steve Noury, who was a long-time member of the South Shore Outboard Association, and founder and much-loved supporter of this race event.
Both days are filled with fast-paced racing. Meet the drivers; watch the races; bring the whole family for food and fun. Volunteers from Kingston Children’s Center will also be selling food and beverages to fundraise.
Kingston Children’s Center is a local non-profit that provides child care and early education to children in the greater Kingston area, including those with special needs.
All proceeds benefit Kingston Children’s Center and the Kingston Food Pantry.
