PLATTSBURGH — Castine Properties continued its unbeaten campaign with a 61-40 win over Champlain Valley Electric on Thursday in the YMCA Men’s League.
Dan Hartmann finished with a game high 19 points in the first half, scoring 16 points to help CP to a 41-22 halftime lead. Hartmann nailed three from deep and also attacked the rim for an impressive inside/outside game in the half.
Chris Castine added 10 points with seven rebounds. Nate Parliament added seven rebounds with Carson Duffield hauling in six rebounds and scoring seven. Josh Sand picked off four passes to lead the game in steals.
For CV Electric, Kaden Baugh had the hot hand, scoring 14 points with the aid of three from deep. Keagen Briggs also nailed three from deep for nine points. Tom Murray had two from downtown as Champlain Valley Electric had eight shots from deep. Zack Bieber led the team with nine rebounds.
