THEFT
Officers are looking into a theft from a parking lot in the 7700 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. A female victim told police that sometime between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday, someone took an electric bike off a rack on her vehicle by cutting the cords that were holding it. The bike is valued at $1,000.
ARREST
A Lockport man was arrested after police observed a woman with cuts on her head on the 200 block of North Transit Street at 9:07 p.m. Tuesday. The 67-year-old man was charged with two counts of assault. He is accused of striking the woman four or five times with a large flashlight.

A Lockport man was arrested on a complaint he violated an order of protection issued to a resident of Gabriel Drive at 11:55 a.m. Sunday. The 34-year-old man was charged with criminal contempt and criminal mischief. He was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by police for observation.
ARREST
A Lockport woman was arrested after an extension cord was found supplying electricity to her residence from another residence on the 200 block of Church Street on Aug. 29. The 46-year-old woman was charged with theft of service.
