A Falls man was arrested Monday after an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force. The 38-year-old man was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/intent to sell and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 2100 block of Hyde Park Boulevard at 7:59 p.m. Wednesday. The 35-year-old woman was charged with petit larceny. She’s accused of taking more than $109 worth of merchandise without paying for the items.

A Falls woman was arrested after a fight in the 1000 block of Fairfield Avenue at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday. The 34-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct. She’s accused of hitting a police officer in the back of the head with an unknown object that she was throwing at another individual.
