Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.
• Robert Louis Williams, 57, homeless, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with failure to register vehicle, felony theft by receiving stolen property and operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial driver’s license on person.
• David Craig Peden Jr., 61, 117 Savannah Way, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving without insurance and operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked/canceled registration.
• Tanya Lynn Morgan, 47, 705 N. Sylvan Drive, Brandon, Florida, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking/larceny/theft of an automobile and felony theft by taking/larceny.
• Tracy Daniel McCollum, 55, 506 S. Second Ave.-112, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth.
• Timothy Ray Moore, 55, 4270 Troy Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession of meth, possession of a schedule 2 drug and two counts of possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Gregory Lee Shepard, 54, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with two counts of possession of meth and possession of a schedule 2 drug.
• Misael Vasquez-Ramirez, 44, 515 Park Place-51D, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, misdemeanor failure to appear, open container violation, giving false information to a law officer, operating a motor vehicle without a proper tag/decal, when lighted headlights and other lights required, passing vehicles in opposite directions/driving on the wrong side of the road and driving without a valid license.
• Julian Domingo-Lopez, 23, 704 Cascade Drive-B, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with first-degree forgery, open container violation, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers and giving false information to a law officer.
