After the North Andover boys rolled to an undefeated regular season, the MVC dual meet title and the MIAA Division 2 team championship, Scarlet Knights head coach Steve Nugent was named Division 1 Coach of the Year when the MVC released its postseason awards.
The North Andover boys placed the most athletes on the first team with 12. The Central Catholic girls were next most among local teams with six first teamers. No MVPs were named.
