The Athens Daily Review seeks an editor to deliver top-notch local coverage in print, online, and on mobile and social media platforms.
We need an editor with a take-charge attitude who will lead our small but ambitious newsroom in covering the news in new and exciting ways. We need someone with a clear vision to lead us into the digital age.
Our editor must have a thorough knowledge of news writing and editing for print and the web. Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and the willingness to become part of an active community. A community newspaper background is essential. Knowledge of news design and QuarkXPress are also important.
The Daily Review is an award-winning, five-day newspaper. In addition, we publish a quarterly community magazine as well as a 24/7 news web site with a growing audience.
