MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Ted Gurley has been named regional digital director for CNHI, effective immediately.
Gurley will work with local markets in Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, to help drive digital revenue growth. He will report directly to Greg Maibach, CNHI’s senior vice president, digital revenue.
An accomplished digital sales and marketing executive, Gurley joins CNHI from Univision Communications, where he served as regional director and vice president of local digital sales. Prior to that, he was director of sales for NCC Media, where he served as chief sales strategist for regional cable systems owned by Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, Suddenlink and others.
“We’re thrilled to have Ted join our growing team,” said Maibach. “Ted's digital expertise and deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, combined with his professionalism and leadership, will be tremendous assets to our local markets and the valued clients they serve."
Gurley is a marketing graduate of Texas Christian University and holds a master’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Houston.
“I’m excited to join a team focused on providing local advertisers with advanced digital and integrated advertising solutions,” said Gurley. “CNHI’s local media is a trusted business partner in each community they serve, and as advertisers expand into digital marketing, it makes sense that they turn to the local CNHI team to help them grow their business.”
A Texas native, Gurley grew up in Ft. Worth and currently lives in the Texoma area of North Texas with his wife, Susan, three dogs and a flock of chickens. They have three sons, and two of them recently completed service in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corp.
