James V. Frustere named publisher of The Star Beacon

— James V. Frustere has been named publisher of The Star Beacon in Ashtabula, Ohio. He has been the controller at the newspaper since September 2004.

James brings to the position 28 years of newspaper experience serving as CFO, general manager, and vice president of distribution for Thomson Newspapers, Journal Register Company and most recently CNHI.
