Pets of the Week - August 16, 2007
Divinity is a positively gorgeous Lynxpoint Siamese mix. She is approximately 5 years old, and she has been spayed and fully vaccinated. While living with her former owner, Divinity suffered a serious fall from a tree, which left her with a funky little walk and some missing teeth. Unfortunately, 3 years after her fall, her owner passed away and Divinity was left with no family to care for her. She's very quiet and calm natured, but a truly loving, affectionate little girl once she is familiar with a new person. She will do best an "only pet", and will need a quiet, "adult only" home. Lex and Athena are gorgeous flamepoint Siamese babies, born in mid-December, 2006. They have both been sterilized and fully vaccinated. These two angels also have two more sisters and a brother, also available for adoption. The little family was found by a "good Samaritan" and brought to the Humane Society shelter when they were only about 7 weeks old. The whole group of kittens is an extremely friendly little family; they are all very personable and affectionate; especially Lex. These babies have been hand-raised by the humane society staff, and it is quickly obvious that these cats LOVE people. They are very well-adjusted and would likely adapt to most any home environment. For adoption information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.
