Published October 28, 2009 09:08 am - Teen surrenders in weekend shooting TULSA, Okla. (AP) — A 17-year-old boy has surrendered to police in connection with a weekend shooting that left a man critically wounded. The teen, whose name wasn't released, was placed under arrest Tuesday on complaints of shooting with intent to kill, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and trafficking marijuana. Officer Leland Ashley said the complaints arise from the shooting Sunday of 37-year-old Clifford Scott Dodson. Dodson was shot in the neck in a parking area near a detention pond.
