PUBLIC WORKS AGENDA Consider approval of: • Contracts between American Municipal Services and the City of Muskogee for the collection of warrants and past due terminated utility accounts. New contract will include provisions authorized by changes in state law allowing a collection fee of 35 percent. • Petition from concerned citizens to increase the speed limit from 35 mph to 45 mph on East Hancock, beginning at Country Club Road and ending at East 55th Street. • Mutual police assistance agreement with Wagoner County. • Resolution of Support for the 2010 U.S. Census and a Partnership Agreement indicating the areas of assistance with the Census Bureau. • Approval of the Industrial Pretreatment Annual Report. • Appointment of Brad Smythe to the Parks and Recreation Board, succeeding the Rev. Ralph Boyattia. Term to end July 31, 2013. • Appointment of Wilma Newton to the Historic Preservation Commission, succeeding Jim Cole. Term to end Oct. 31, 2012.
