Circulation Manager

We are searching for an experienced circulation manager to oversee all aspects of the circulation department at the Palestine Herald Press in East Texas. The candidate we select will be a hands-on manager with sales and marketing expertise, high customer service standards, genuine people skills, budgeting and forecasting experience, extensive computer knowledge preferably with Vision Data circulation software and exemplary organizational skills.

Palestine is located 1 ½ hours southeast of Dallas and less than an hour south of Tyler. Palestine is the central printing, inserting and mailing facility for four daily newspapers, multiple shoppers and niche products. Resumes should be emailed to Gary Connor at gwconnor@cnhi.com.
